Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on perishable goods, customized or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customer Rights

Orders shipped to the European Union are covered by a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item remains unused and in original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us at support@nutrablink.com.
